Daily Encouragement for 9-7-24

Mindset is everything. Have you heard that the battle begins in the mind? You have been making significant changes for a week now!

  1. Did you start your day with clean water?
  2. Did you log any activities that negatively impacted your success toward your goal yesterday? Observe them and ask yourself the hard questions. Were you hungry, angry, lonely, or tired when you choose an action that would negatively impact your success? Learn to H.A.U.L.T. and choose the right action to help you achieve your goals.  
  3. Were there any emotionally draining activities that occurred yesterday?
  4. Did you eat enough yesterday?
  5. How did you sleep last night?
  6. Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night.
  7. Choose to cut down on your sugar.
