Daily Encouragement for 9-4-24

Today, you will mark day 4 in your tracker. Before you start your goal-driven day, I want you to take an inventory of your yesterday.
1 How did you sleep the night before?
2-How did you hydrate yesterday?
3-Did you eat enough food yesterday?
4—Remember to carry your tracker with you everywhere, and when you complete an action that will negatively impact your goal, write it down.
Today, you will set up a routine to start your day. I encourage you to begin your day by drinking clean water before your eyes are barely open. Drinking clean water will help your body and your brain. Did you know you should drink half your body weight in water? If you add exercise to your daily habits for every 30 minutes, add 12 more ounces of water. Keep up the hard work. You only have one opportunity for today.
Remember, your happiness is your responsibility.

Daily Encouragement for 9-3-24

Your tracker for the month is ready, and you have written down your goal. Today, please write down whenever you choose an action that will negatively impact your success toward your goal. I don’t want you to deprive yourself, but I want you to learn to be mindful about your actions. We are given a small amount of time on this planet, and you will not spend it this month beating yourself up, but I want you to collect data so you can better understand the why behind your decisions.
Lastly, I want you to write down when you went to bed.
1-How many hours did you sleep?
2-How much clean water did you drink?
3-Did you eat breakfast and have a plan for lunch and dinner?
Today is day three, and you are doing a fabulous job creating a new habit!
Keep up the hard work. You only have one opportunity for today.
Remember, your happiness is your responsibility.

Daily Encouragement for 9-2-24

Good morning!!!!!
Today, I want you to show up. You each have created a goal for the month. There are so many ways to achieve that 1 goal. Consider finding an accountability buddy this month. Dont let sharing your success with others intimidate you. Your journey is unique, and in the natural and raw moments, you give hope to them and can see the progress you have made. Your journey is about feeling great and creating, cultivating, and empowering yourself to move forward. Did you know that you can feel great right in your own home/workplace/wherever you are and make progress on yourself? Freedom is found when you choose not to live up to others’ standards. Please write down your one goal for this month. Each day, you are going to track your success towards your goal. Only one goal this month, please. Tracking needs to have the mindset of a JUDGMENTAL-FREE ZONE. I am humbled to be your cheerleader and excited to join your journey.
Remember, your happiness is your responsibility.

It’s the beginning of a new month! This month’s focus is on goal and habit setting. I will encourage you to create, practice, and solidify new habits that will guide you toward success in your goals! I’m incredibly grateful that you’ve chosen to make positive changes in your daily life, and I’m honored to be a part of this transformative experience with you. Please select one goal you will focus on over the next 30 days.
I look forward to fully supporting you throughout this process. Remember, your happiness is your responsibility.

Daily Encouragement for 8-17-24

The power of letting go is transformative and powerful. I came across the following quote: ‘Letting go gives us freedom, and freedom is the only condition for happiness.’ – Thich Nhat Hanh. This quote echoes the month’s theme and highlights how true liberation lies in letting go. When you set free the situation strangling you, you pave the way for happiness to emerge. Your mindset is so important. Reshaping your thought patterns and renewing your mind with positive habits will lead you to unimaginable freedom. Disturbances will come, but they dont have to define your day or progress. Choose today not to be held captive by the inevitable bumps in the road. Remember, your happiness is your responsibility.

Daily Encouragement for 8-9-24

Time is so precious. We are all given the same 24 hours daily. The quote by Sam Levenson, “Don’t watch the clock; do what it does. Keep going.” is inspiring. The clock can teach us so much. A well-working clock does not go backward or focus on the past. The working clock keeps moving forward, reminding us to take the next step. You are only stuck if you stop. Take an inventory of how you use your time. Ask yourself the hard questions and begin to use your time to set daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals. Once these goals are set, ask yourself how you will take action to reach them. Every step brings you closer to your goals, no matter how small. This life is a journey, and it’s time for you to become adventurous. Progress is measured in all kinds of ways. Keep a diary or a mental checklist so you can watch your growth.

Daily Encouragement for 8-8-2024

Starting over can feel scary and complicated; however, each day, hour, and minute can be a new opportunity to start over. It will help if you learn to look at situations and obstacles as opportunities rather than with frustration or heartbreak.   A quote I read by Nicole Sobon was so helpful that I wanted to share it with you. “Sometimes the hardest part isn’t letting go but rather learning to start over.” Every time I try to learn a new skill, it is challenging. Learning has always been difficult for me, but I try to tackle the hard things in several ways; however, the emotional piece has always been the most challenging. When dealing with emotional obstacles, I view them as if I were watching a movie. When I allow emotions to exist but don’t allow emotional responses to consume me, I can navigate life’s challenges with a healthy outlook rather than a harmful or defeating response. Everything we do has a ripple effect, and our choices impact our lives and those around us. Starting over can be overwhelming, but you can not succeed if you dont fail. You have been doing the work for months. You have the strength to do hard things. Starting over is an opportunity to recreate your best self. Starting over is a beautiful opportunity. Remember, your happiness is your responsibility.

Daily Encouragement for 8-7-2024

Alan Watts wisely said, “The only way to make sense of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.” Moving and dancing are so good for the body and the mind. Change can be good, exciting, and sometimes painful. It is best to think of these obstacles as opportunities. When you allow yourself to flow with change, you discover new strengths and possibilities you never imagined. Please do your best not to cloak the change with fear but welcome it with courage and curiosity. It takes courage to face the unknown, but this very courage empowers you to dance through the challenges, let go of what no longer serves you, and trust that each step forward is leading you to something greater. Remember, your happiness is your responsibility.

Daily Encouragement for 8-6-24

You all know that I love quotes. Quotes are quick, thought-provoking moments. I read the following quote this morning. “You are always a student, never a master. You have to keep moving forward.” – Conrad Hall I often remind you that you are not stuck unless you stop. The importance of taking the next step can not be overstated. It’s also important to remember that this life is a continuous learning and growth journey. Remember, you are always a student, never a master. Embrace each day with curiosity and an open mind. Challenges and setbacks are not roadblocks but opportunities to learn and evolve, to become more resilient and empowered. Keep moving forward, no matter how small the steps may seem. Progress is progress, and every bit of effort counts. Trust in your ability to overcome obstacles and reach new heights. Celebrate your achievements; they are milestones and a testament to your hard work and dedication. They are the fuel that keeps you moving forward. Your potential is limitless, and each day brings the chance to become a better version of yourself. Keep learning, keep growing, keep moving. Remember, your happiness is your responsibility.

Daily Encouragement for 8-5-24

The quote by Daphne Rose Kingma, “Holding on is believing that there’s only a past; letting go is knowing that there’s a future,” reflects the transformative power of release. Clinging to the past can hinder personal growth and create a false sense of security rooted in familiarity. The quote suggests that we limit our potential for new experiences and opportunities by fixating on what has already occurred. On the other hand, letting go embodies faith in the future and its possibilities, encouraging us to trust in the unknown and be open to new opportunities. It fosters resilience and opens oneself to new paths, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling and enriched life. It takes immense courage and strength to break old habits, forgive things that happened in the past, and move forward. You have been working on these skills for months. Each stressful event is a new opportunity to move through the event in a healthy way that does not trap you into repeating old habits. Ask yourself how your best self would handle the event, take the necessary time, and use the tools you have learned to navigate this season. Remember, your happiness is your responsibility.
